Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.

Package Your Return

Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include any accessories that came with the product.

Schedule Pickup

We'll arrange a free pickup from your address. You'll receive a pickup confirmation with date and time.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Exchange Policy

Currently, we don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different flavor or product, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures faster processing and better inventory management.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange for immediate replacement or refund at no cost to you.
